Catering Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment:

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The final payment is due one day prior to the event date.50% deposit is required to confirm your booking-due one week prior for small events and two weeks prior for large events. Final payment is due one day before the event date.

Cancellation & Refunds:

  • If cancellation occurs 2 days prior to the event, the paid amount can be credited toward a future event booking.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made one day prior or on the day of the event.

Guest Count Adjustments:

  • Final headcount must be confirmed 2 days before the event.
  • Any changes after this period may result in additional charges.
  • If the number of pax less then 100, rate will be increased INR. 100/- Per Person, Per Package

Menu Customization:

  • Menu modifications must be requested at least 3 days in advance.

Service Limitations:

  • Clients must provide adequate space and utilities (water, electricity) for catering operations.

Liability & Damage:

  • The catering team is not responsible for any property damage or incidents occurring due to external factors.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for food service.
